  • Will the same service provider always assist me?
    Yes. No need to retrain or orient a new service provider.
  • Will you share or sell my personal information?
    Absolutely not! Your personal information will not be shared or sold to any other entity.
  • Will you communicate with me and also a family member if needed.
    Yes, we understand that sometimes it is necessary for a family member or designated advocate to assist with scheduling services and communicating needs. We are happy to communicate however you prefer and in the way that is most convenient for you.
  • How do I pay for your services?
    We accept cash, check, PayPal or Venmo. We do not currently accept credit cards. You may pay per service session or monthly payment plans may be arranged.
  • Will you assist with animals other than cats and dogs?
    Yes, we are up to learning to care for anything cute and furry.
  • Is there an additional fee for mileage/gas?
    No. Gas and mileage expenses are included in the hourly rate when service is within Newberg, Dundee and Sherwood. One hour minimum service requirement. Additional time charged in 15 minute increments.
  • Do you have references available?
    Yes! I would encourage you to contact those that know me well, and read through our client testimonials. I want you to feel very comfortable with me assisting you or your loved one.
